Made by KEM. A leading playing card manufacturer from the past. The name "KEM" is on the top in Deco type fashion.
Comes with a complete Rider/Waite Tarot deck and instructions. Cards are like new. This bakelite card holder was designed by "KEM" to hold two bridge size decks of playing cards. I have placed a bridge sized Rider/Waite Tarot deck in its place. It's a perfect fit.
